Conclusion



South Korea:

The elderly near us (grandparents) did not express major difficulties in daily life when using technology. However, they did not have full access to the technologies commonly used in Korea. 

Japan: 

Although the grandparents I interviewed were doing relatively well with technology, I found that they did not have an adequate support system.

Companies and governments that create technology need to have adequate support systems in place for the future.
